Kristy-Lee Billett is the leader of The Footprint Group, a dynamic mix of specialist services providing people based solutions to Central Coast businesses.

Kristy-Lee Billett is an experienced Recruiter and Human Resources consultant. She has more than 10 years of experience in recruitment and business consulting expertise, and she works throughout Sydney and the Central Coast.

In early 2006, Kristy started Footprint Recruitment with the desire to bring a fresh approach to recruitment in the Central Coast. She aimed to provide a dedicated local service that specialises in office support and professional service placements. This offered a new level of professionalism, flexibility, and experience to the local market.

Kristy saw the need for a more specialised local HR service that assisted small businesses to achieve compliance and excellence in HR, employee management, and engagement. This then became the foundation for the beginning of Footprint HR in 2010.

Kristy has expertise in business administration, business growth and development, management, marketing, mentoring/coaching, partnerships and sponsorships, productivity, sales, staff and human resources, startups, and systemisation.

My Passions

I am most passionate about partnering with businesses on all areas of their human resources and recruitment to help them achieve efficiency and success.

 

My Interests

Outside of my business I am passionate about raising great humans (that would be my 2 children and my 2 step children). 

I also decided that at 40 taking up half marathon trail running was a good plan (questionable I think!) so that helps clear the cobwebs in my head and gives me a non business related challenge to focus on.
